Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
All payments MUST be received prior to the conference, no later than Wednesday 21 March, 2018. Delegates arriving at the conference, who have not paid, will be asked to pay on arrival. Failure to do so will result in delegates not being allowed access to the conference. Any delegates with invoices outstanding at the time of the conference may be asked to provide personal credit/debit card details to guarantee the booking.
The final deadline for online registrations is 23:59 BST, Tuesday 13 March, 2018. Any registrations received after this date will not be processed, however, delegates may still register for the conference on-site.
Cancellations and amendments
Registrations can be cancelled up to 17:00 GMT Monday 26 February,2018 when a 70% refund will be given. Please note that all cancellations will only be accepted in writing. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 17:00 GMT, Monday 26 February.
Please note invoices for registration fees will not be issued for any registrations received after 17:00 GMT, Monday 16 February, 2018. Delegates should include a billing address and a relevant purchase order number (if applicable) for all invoices.
