How do I access the BCA/BACG Online Joint Spring Meeting?
To enter the BCA/BACG Online Joint Spring Meeting on 29 March, go to the BCA/BACG Online Joint Spring Meeting website and enter your login details. Live content will be available from 09.30am on Monday 29 March.
Prior to the event you should have received an email from firstname.lastname@example.org which will contain a link to click and set your own password to access the virtual platform. If you have not received this, please check your junk mail in the first instance, and if you are unable to find it please click here and select forgotten password. You will also be able to join the event by clicking here.

Do I need to download or install any information to be able to attend this event?
No. You only need access to the internet. If you are having issues, do check your internet speed at www.fast.com - this should be above 15mb. If it is not, we strongly recommend that you close down emails and any other programmes running in the background.
The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices. We recommend a desktop computer for the best experience.
Is a webcam required?
No, unless you are speaking at one of the sessions.
I registered but now I can’t attend. Can I still access all the information?
Yes. Following the live broadcast, all content and Q&A sessions will be edited and uploaded to the portal. The content will be ready to be viewed on-demand from Monday 12 April and available for one month.
